That is a very convicting question. You could probably take out “pastor” and enter in many other words “spouse,” “friend,” “child,” “coworker”….and the answer might and very likely would be the same. Everyone loves to be appreciated, but many times in our pursuit to be appreciated, we forget to thank the very people that have made us worthy of being appreciated. Jesus Christ should, of course, be top on the list, but I am thankful that you have encouraged me to focus primarily on one. For today, I am thankful to God for leading me to this site and I pray that he will multiply my thanks to abundantly bless my pastor when he receives my letter.
